Each operation is planned in advance to ensure efficiency and safety. The assigned operator conducts route planning that includes a primary route, alternate and backup routes, and real-time assessment of traffic conditions, protests, civil disturbances, and weather-related concerns. Adjustments are made as needed to ensure uninterrupted and secure movement.

Transportation is provided in a black luxury SUV operated by a trained professional capable of defensive and protective driving. The service prioritizes discretion, punctuality, and situational awareness from pickup to airport drop-off.

Rates & Fees

• Armed Airport Transportation: $300 per hour

• 3-hour minimum

• Locations beyond 30 miles from the pickup point are subject to an additional $2.00 per mile

• All toll charges will be added to the final invoice

• No tipping permitted

Rates begin at the scheduled service start time and conclude when the operator is released after airport drop-off.

All GrayWolf operators are trained in emergency medical response, and all vehicles are equipped with life-saving equipment, including AEDs, tourniquets, trauma kits, and first aid supplies.
